About a Contractor's Work

The restoration companies are independent businesses, so this site can't resolve disputes about their work, prices or conduct. In order:

1. The company itself, in writing, with photos and your paperwork.
2. Your insurer, if a claim is involved.
3. Washington State Department of Labor & Industries, for contractor registration issues and claims against a contractor's bond.
4. Washington State Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division, for consumer complaints.
